The terms “Lion Hits,” “lionhits.com,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the owner(s), operator(s), and administrators of Lion Hits. The terms “you,” “your,” “member,” and “user” refer to any person using, viewing, joining, advertising on, or purchasing from Lion Hits.

Terms of Use

Lion Hits is a membership-based manual traffic exchange where members view other members’ offers in exchange for advertising credits that may be used to promote their own offers.

Lion Hits is not a pyramid scheme, Ponzi scheme, matrix program, get-rich-quick program, paid-to-click site, paid-to-read site, paid-to-promote site, paid-to-surf income program, investment program, or multi-level marketing program.

Members are not required to pay or purchase anything to join or use Lion Hits. Optional purchases, upgrades, games, events, bonuses, prizes, and promotional features may change at any time without notice.

The content of this website is provided for general information and advertising purposes only and may change without notice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, suitability, performance, or availability of any information, material, advertisement, third-party offer, or external website promoted through Lion Hits.

Your use of this website and any material, offer, advertisement, or third-party website promoted through it is entirely at your own risk. It is your responsibility to determine whether any product, service, offer, or opportunity meets your needs.

This website contains material owned by or licensed to us, including design, layout, graphics, text, images, and branding. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, copying, resale, or exploitation of website material is prohibited.

Email Verification & Subscription

When you register for Lion Hits, you must provide a valid, active email address and complete email verification before using the website.

By joining Lion Hits, you agree to receive account notices, verification emails, service updates, newsletters, promotional messages, and advertising-related communications from Lion Hits. You may unsubscribe from optional newsletters where available, but system notices and account-related messages may still be required for membership operation.

Emails from Lion Hits may include private advertisements, affiliate offers, or third-party promotions. Since members opt in to receive these communications when joining, these messages should not be reported as spam. False or malicious spam complaints may result in suspension or deletion of your account.

Membership requires an active email address that can receive our emails. If emails bounce, cannot be delivered, or your email provider blocks our messages, the system may automatically suspend your account. Verification, lost password, account notices, and administrative messages are dependent on your email provider accepting delivery.

Unsubscribing from required administrative emails may place your account into deletion mode. Account deletion is non-reversible and may result in the loss of account details, referrals, commissions, credits, impressions, rewards, and advertising balances.

Membership Account, Security, & Maintenance

Unless you receive prior written permission from Lion Hits, you may only create and maintain one account. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, shared accounts, or accounts created to bypass site rules may be suspended or deleted.

Only you may use your Lion Hits account. Account sharing is prohibited. Family members and friends may create their own accounts, but they may not use your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information. If your account is accessed because your email or password is compromised, Lion Hits is not responsible for lost credits, advertising, referrals, commissions, upgrades, rewards, or account access.

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, limit, or remove any account for any reason, including but not limited to abuse, fraud, duplicate accounts, false information, spam complaints, prohibited URLs, use of bots, frame breakers, harmful content, or violation of these Terms.

Members are fully responsible for the websites, banners, text ads, peel ads, mini branders, rotators, splash pages, and other promotional materials they submit. You must have the right to promote the content you submit.

Promotional contests, games, bonuses, jackpots, and rewards are provided as optional bonuses only. They are not guaranteed entitlements. We are not responsible for lost rewards caused by browser settings, cache issues, timeouts, system errors, missed claim links, user error, connection problems, or other issues outside our control. Management decisions regarding contests, bonuses, and rewards are final.

Any onsite cash balance, bonus cash, contest cash, game cash, or similar reward may only be used for onsite purchases unless specifically stated otherwise. Such balances are not guaranteed cashout payments.

You Must Not:

• Republish material from Lion Hits without prior written consent.
• Sell, rent, copy, duplicate, scrape, or redistribute website material.
• Resell advertising earned at Lion Hits, including site views, banner impressions, text ad impressions, peel ad impressions, or mini brander impressions.
• Use automated systems, bots, scripts, macros, or software to interact with the site.
• Attempt to bypass timers, click checks, account limits, surfing rules, or security features.
• Use Lion Hits for any unlawful, abusive, deceptive, misleading, or harmful purpose.

Correction / Updating Personal Information

If your account information changes, you may update your personal information from within the Member Area, usually through the profile or account settings page.

Right To Cancel

You may cancel your membership and remove your account by using the available unsubscribe, removal, or delete account options. If you delete your account, you immediately relinquish any paid membership time, referrals, downline, unpaid commissions, unused advertising, credits, impressions, and rewards. Deleted account data cannot be recovered.

Account deletion requests submitted through support must come from the email address used to register the account and must include enough information to verify ownership. Support-based deletion requests may take up to 7 days to process.

Website / URL Rules

Lion Hits has the right to reject, suspend, delete, or remove any URL, banner, text ad, rotator, or other advertisement that is inappropriate, unsafe, misleading, non-compliant, questionable, or receives complaints from members.

If a submitted URL or advertisement violates these rules, it may be deleted along with any credits or impressions assigned to it. Your account may also be suspended or deleted.

• No illegal, malicious, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activity.
• No viruses, trojans, malware, spyware, forced downloads, hidden scripts, or antivirus warnings.
• No frame breakers, forced redirects, pop-ups, pop-unders, exit redirects, exit prompts, or forced close prompts.
• No adult content, explicit content, graphic dating sites, foul or abusive language, or age-restricted content.
• No hate, racist, abusive, threatening, harassing, or offensive material.
• No weapons, regulated items, or content that violates applicable law.
• No gambling sites.
• No HYIP, investment autosurf, Ponzi, pyramid, matrix, cycler, randomizer, cash gifting, or revenue share schemes.
• No misleading income claims, guaranteed earnings claims, or get-rich-quick offers.
• No banner farms or text ad farms showing excessive ads with little or no useful content.
• No pages with substantial non-English text unless approved by admin.
• No broken URLs, “page not found” errors, parked pages, or incomplete pages.
• No auto-play audio or video unless there is a visible and functional on/off control.
• No autoresponder traps, spam complaint traps, spam arrest systems, or similar systems designed to challenge or block admin email delivery.
• No rotators, co-ops, or tracking links unless every page in rotation complies with these Terms.

Paid-To-Promote Sites

Paid-to-promote sites may be advertised only if they comply with all Lion Hits rules and do not load hidden content, prohibited pages, redirects, pop-ups, malicious scripts, or non-compliant third-party pages.

Traffic Co-ops & Rotators

Co-ops and rotators are allowed only if all content inside the rotation complies with these Terms. If a rotator contains abusive, prohibited, or non-compliant content, it may be removed and assigned credits may be lost.

Lion Hits Teams

Team leaders may decide who may join their team, whether the team is public or private, and what team rules apply. Team leaders may remove members from their team at their discretion.

Team contests, jackpots, prizes, and rewards may vary and may be changed, paused, or discontinued at any time. In the event of a tie, prizes may be split between the tied teams according to site settings or admin decision.

Surfing & Activity Policy

The use of bots, scripts, automation, macros, auto-clickers, software, or any other system to surf automatically or bypass normal member activity is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or deletion.

Surfing in multiple windows, attempting to bypass the timer, allowing someone else to surf your account, or using any method to gain unfair activity credit is prohibited.

Falling below the required click accuracy may result in automatic suspension. New members who are suspended because of early surfing mistakes may contact support for review. Repeated or excessive accuracy issues may result in permanent suspension.

Surfing in a minimized window is not allowed and may trigger system warnings or pop-up checks.

Cash bonuses, game rewards, team rewards, contest balances, and similar onsite rewards may only be used for onsite purchases such as upgrades or advertising unless specifically stated otherwise. They are not guaranteed cashout payments.

For free members, credits and impressions that are not assigned may be removed after 90 days of inactivity. Upgrading or surfing within the 90-day period may prevent loss of credits. Inactive accounts older than 90 days may be suspended. You may request reactivation by submitting a support ticket.

Failure To Follow Rules

If your site, advertisement, conduct, or account fails to follow these Terms or our related policies, your account may be suspended or removed. All credits, impressions, commissions, referrals, rewards, downline, banners, text ads, URLs, and other account balances may be lost.

Spam

Spam is not permitted. If your account is found to be involved in spam, false spam complaints, abusive promotion, or unsolicited commercial messaging, your account may be removed without notice and you may not be allowed to rejoin.

You may not promote Lion Hits in a way that could be considered spam. You may promote your referral URL only through traffic exchanges, safelists, viral mailers, advertising programs, websites, or other channels that permit such promotion.

Chat, Private Message, and Forum Spam

Lion Hits does not permit members to use chat, private messages, comments, forums, or member communication tools to send advertisements, pressure members to join programs, bait members into requesting information, or otherwise promote unrelated offers. Violations may result in loss of access, suspension, or permanent removal.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Lion Hits only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others, restrict others’ use of the site, disrupt normal site operation, or cause harm, distress, inconvenience, or abuse.

You must not use Lion Hits to send unsolicited commercial communications, scrape data, attack the site, interfere with security, exploit bugs, or use content from the site for unauthorized marketing purposes.

Restricted Access

We may restrict access to parts or all of Lion Hits at any time. If you are given access to restricted areas, you are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential.

Revisions

We may revise these Terms at any time. Your continued use of Lion Hits after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the website.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that portion shall be severed and the remaining Terms shall remain in effect.

Limitation of Liability

THE MATERIALS, SERVICES, ADVERTISING, FEATURES, AND CONTENT AT Lion Hits ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, RESULTS, EARNINGS, TRAFFIC QUALITY, CONVERSIONS, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY.

IN NO EVENT SHALL Lion Hits, ITS OWNER(S), ADMINISTRATORS, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST BUSINESS, LOST CREDITS, LOST ADVERTISING, LOST REFERRALS, LOST COMMISSIONS, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, PERSONAL INJURY, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE.

General Disclaimer

Lion Hits is an advertising service. We do not control, verify, endorse, or guarantee the products, services, claims, websites, income opportunities, or advertisements promoted by members or third parties.

You are solely responsible for performing your own due diligence before joining, purchasing from, subscribing to, or providing information to any third-party website promoted through Lion Hits.

Lion Hits contains links to outside websites that are not under our control. We are not responsible for the nature, content, availability, security, policies, claims, or practices of those websites.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website available, but we are not responsible for downtime, technical problems, browser issues, cache issues, device problems, internet connection problems, payment processor problems, or service interruptions beyond our control.

Advertisement Claims

Because Lion Hits is an advertising platform, we cannot verify all claims made by members or third-party advertisers. Members should use caution before entering information, making purchases, joining programs, or relying on claims found in any advertisement.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from use of Lion Hits shall be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama and applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. You consent to jurisdiction in the appropriate federal or state courts located in or serving Autauga County, Alabama, for disputes arising out of these Terms or your use of Lion Hits.

FTC / Affiliate, Endorsement & Advertising Disclosure

Some links, banners, text ads, emails, images, videos, pages, and other promotions on Lion Hits may be affiliate marketing links or paid advertisements. If you purchase through those links, Lion Hits, its owner, or a member may receive a commission or other benefit.

Advertisers and members are responsible for ensuring that their claims are truthful, not misleading, properly supported, and compliant with applicable advertising laws and disclosure requirements.

Lion Hits may promote products or services believed to be useful to members, but no recommendation, advertisement, testimonial, or affiliate link should be treated as a guarantee of results, income, performance, or suitability.

Any member, advertiser, affiliate, or third-party promoter who submits advertisements, reviews, testimonials, endorsements, income claims, product claims, or affiliate links through Lion Hits is responsible for making all required disclosures clearly and conspicuously. Required disclosures must appear close to the related claim, endorsement, recommendation, or affiliate link and must be easy for ordinary consumers to notice, read, and understand. Disclosure only in a footer, separate Terms page, hidden link, small print, or unclear wording may not be sufficient.

Examples of clearer disclosure language may include “I may earn a commission,” “Paid advertisement,” “Sponsored,” or “I receive compensation if you purchase through this link,” when applicable. Vague labels such as “affiliate link” or “commissionable link” may not be clear enough for all consumers.

Purchases of Goods & Services

Lion Hits may use third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment information. Payments are processed through the payment processor, and our system is notified when payment is completed.

If you have an issue with a purchase, you must submit a support ticket and allow reasonable time for review before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, refund request, “not as described” claim, or “item not received” claim. Initiating a dispute without first contacting support and allowing 5 business days for response may result in account suspension.

Special offers are limited-time offers and may be changed, withdrawn, or discontinued at any time, including before a previously advertised end date.

You agree that all information you provide for purchases is accurate, that you are authorized to use the payment method, and that sufficient funds are available.

We reserve the right to hold, review, or withdraw any payment, upgrade, balance, commission, or reward if we are investigating possible account abuse, fraud, payment issues, or Terms violations.

Upgrade benefits may change during the life of an upgrade. You are purchasing an upgraded account level, not any single guaranteed benefit, result, earning, or advertising outcome.

You are purchasing membership access, advertising services, or digital services — not guaranteed results. We cannot and do not guarantee traffic quality, referrals, sales, leads, conversions, income, profit, or business success.

Affiliate commissions, where offered, are payable only according to the site’s commission rules and only for qualifying purchases made by direct referrals. Commissions may be subject to review, verification, holding periods, payment processor clearance, refund risk, chargeback risk, and fraud prevention checks.

Refund Policy

Lion Hits provides digital products, advertising services, account upgrades, credits, impressions, and membership-related services that are delivered immediately. Therefore, all purchases are final and no refunds are offered unless specifically stated otherwise.

Buying another upgrade before your current upgrade expires does not make you eligible for a refund or prorated refund on the current upgrade.

If you delete your account while an upgrade is active, you will not receive a refund. Account deletion is considered intentional and irreversible.

If you create a new account after deleting an upgraded account, the previous upgrade, referrals, credits, commissions, and advertising balances cannot be transferred.

If you have an active subscription, it is your responsibility to cancel that subscription inside your payment processor account before the next billing date. If you forget to cancel, you are not eligible for a refund.

Failed payments, bounced e-checks, chargebacks, or reversed payments may result in removal of earnings, commissions, credits, advertising balances, account access, and/or account suspension.

Site & Service Updates

We may send members service announcements, account notices, updates, administrative messages, newsletters, and promotional emails. We may also include promotions for third-party products or services.

Change Notice

Changes to these Terms or related policies are binding once posted. Terms may be updated because of site changes, industry changes, payment processor requirements, legal considerations, abuse prevention, or operational needs.

By joining, logging in, advertising, surfing, purchasing, or otherwise using Lion Hits, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use and related policies.

If your issue involves email delivery and you are not receiving emails from us, please save your ticket number because you may not receive the email notification that we replied.

Support requests must be professional and courteous. Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate support requests may not receive a reply.
